Michele Fabrizi

President, Co-Founder, Game-Changer, CEO

Michele has been setting trends and upending categories all her life. Belle Star Productions and two:peas jewelry were born from her ardor for the unique and her love of fashion. Fusing her business acumen and boundless imagination, she helped her niece Autumn-Lynn develop the concept for their first signature collection - the Dancing Star Bankle.

Michele's love of the arts was formed early. She studied dance for 20 years and credits the discipline she learned from it to the success in her personal and professional life. She also studied piano and was an avid figure skater. Her passion for the arts continues today as she chairs the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Opera and is a member of the Board of the Andy Warhol Museum.

Beyond her role with Belle Star, Michele is President and CEO of MARC USA, a multi-office national advertising agency serving top brands. She began her career on the creative side as a copywriter, then moved to client service and quickly to leadership at a time when few women in the agency world held these roles.

Living by the mantra of ''No Limits,'' she led MARC USA to unprecedented growth, doubling billings in her first two years. In recognition of her professional achievements, Adweek magazine named her one of the outstanding women in advertising.

It's not unusual for Michele to blaze trails for women. She was the first woman to chair the United Way's annual campaign in the Pittsburgh region. Always committed to giving back, she also serves on the national board of the March of Dimes.

Michele and Autumn-Lynn continue to inspire each other as two:peas explores new creative territory.
